    Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented people for our upcoming All Expenses Paid CNA Training.

    • All expenses paid CNA training (except uniform)
    • 80 hours of paid training time
    • No Contract
    • $500 bonus available*

    Evergreen is a Christian, non-profit senior living organization serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs.

    • Three styles of independent living accommodations

    We are home to almost 250 residents, and also a destination for families, community members, volunteers, non-profit groups and other visitors.

    Responsibilities

    After completing your training, passing your assessments and becoming a Skilled Nursing CNA you will:

     

    • Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (i.e., call lights, personal requests, activities of daily living, etc.).
    • Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.
    • Ensure safety of residents at all times.
    • Encourage residents to be as independent as able in activities of daily living.
    • Build relationships with older adults in the place they call home.
    • Communicate effectively with coworkers, residents/clients and family members on a daily basis.
    • Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirements:

    • Will be 18 years of age or older on or before November 1st, 2018
    • “Can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction
    • Passion for working with older adults
    • Ability to communicate with all age groups
    • Strong prioritizing and organization skills
